If the field cirkus is just personal ministry, why the heck did she need approval from the society??

Taking Elders Out of their Comfort Zone; The Little Room
by TMS inin the mid-90's my wife faced a bogus charge of gossiping.
the charge was based on a fleshly sister of a jw easedropping on a conversation.
we fought the charge with the elders unable to produce any credible report of the actual conversation.

he is proud to have forsaken his dream of becoming a doctor to serve jehovah.

If you want to wake up JW, it is much more effective weakening their faith in the bible...if you can show them contradictions inconsistencies in the bible they are not so scared as if you would critisize the WTS. I know it is a little bit different in the US, but in Europe most people who leave the WTS do it because they don't belive anymore.

Why didn't God design humans so they pay a price with their health and bodies suffer for committing evil?
by yadda yadda 2 inthe laws of health dictates that if we abuse our body and neglect our diet and health, we pay a price in our bodies.
our health deterioriates and we get sick and diseased.
its like the law of gravity.

Hmmmm, if the "original sin" made changes in Adams Y-chromosome, only men would inherit this defect, since women don't have Y-chromosomes. I suppose this "prominent christian apoligist" was asleep during the biology classes.

"Since my orientation is toward a sequence of young women, and I can't marry all of them, well, you can see the problem.
The problem is that you think monogamous, hetero sex is some sort of fix for the problem. But such a thing is completely unnatural, men have evolved quite differently and have a natural inclination toward a series of young women.
So, would you be prepared to say that the Church, insisting that my natural preference is sinful, is anti-hetero? Why?"
It's just bigot, anti-gay aswell as anti-hetero.
If you have this insight on human sexuality and it's evolutionary background, why on earh are you defending the churchs wiew of homosexuality?

Once again; Cognitive dissonance! It is so obvious. You are scaring the sh*t out of him. Deep inside he knows....things he never will admit to himself.

A publisher in a congregation doesn't represent the Watchtower organisation (due to legal reasons/insurance etc) . They just represent themselves as individuals. So why are publishers supposed to hand in their reports to the congregation/WTS? And why do the WTS publish the total (worldwide number) in the yearbook every year. All those hours has nothing to do with the WTS, it is just personal ministry. The publishers could as well reported how many times they prayed.
Since it's personal ministry the publisher must have the right distributing litterature of their own choice.

Is the Watchtower shy about repeating their new "generation" teaching?
by slimboyfat inas i recall in the 1980s talks and watchtower literature, magazines and books were always talking about the "generation" teaching and how it proved armageddon was going to come any day now.. but am i correct in thinking they have only actually mentioned the new "overlapping generations" teaching once or twice in the literature?
why are they so shy about talking about their great new interpretation?
it's almost enough to make you suspect they are a embarrassed about it.. mention it once or twice, don't dwell on it, hope everyone just accepts it, and don't bring it up again.
